Concurrently data is collected from local public records to provide information of the land such as local zoning, tax assessments, deeds, and presence of recorded boundary surveys. Based on the data collected and the objectives identified by the client; detailed natural resource inventories are conducted to assess the condition and character of the land-cover, arrangement and extent of sensitive environmental characteristics including surface hydrology, wetlands, and rare/threatened/endangered species as a basis to determine the capability of the land to meet the landowner objectives. Management options are presented to meet short and long-term objectives. Resource Management Associates will support the implementation of activities to meet the landowner needs.
